Shell #2

Flower

This is a reproduction of a mixed-media piece originally made from Japanese forest grass, dahlia, peony leaves, white brooms, and Master wort.

AMANDA MCCAULEY is a mixed-media artist working with flowers, plants and other natural materials. She deconstructs organic elements and reimagines them into new and imagined forms.

ARTIST STATEMENT:
A trained graphic designer, my works tell stories of personal life experiences represented through modern cultural iconography, communicating concepts and messages shown through nature as my medium. These memories, stories, observations and commentaries span from tiny moments in time to grand scale universal ideas and societal trends.
