Frantic Bangkok

Chinatown is located in one of the oldest areas of Bangkok. It represents the resettlement of Chinese on the Western bank of Chao Phraya river after Rama I moved the capital of the kingdom from Thonburi to Rattanakosin.
There are many small streets and alleys full of shops and vendors selling all types of goods. It has been the main centre for trading by the Chinese community since they moved from their old site some 200 years ago. Yaowarat Road is also famous for its night time food stalls.

I am a south of England based photographer. I have no particular preference to the type of image that I take, as you will see from the diverse range of images from wildlife to vibrant exotic images from the Far East.

I am alway striving to capture the image using the best light available.
