Matt Schwartz of she hit pause studios has been working with polaroids for the past 7-8 years. He uses large format polaroids, pulls apart the film and rubs the negative onto watercolor paper. The result is a whimsical/ dreamlike image. A few of his fans include Anthropologie, Nylon, W magazine and Levis, who recently commissioned him to decorate their Malibu Store with his surfing images.
