We have been seeing a lot of amazing designs for prefab homes recently. (Did you see the most recent issue of DWELL magazine?!) We had the pleasure of working with San Francisco based designer Courtney Lake of Monogram Decor on one of his most recent collaborations with BlueHomes. BluHomes is one of the leading designers of environmentally friendly, modern, premium prefab homes. “Our goal was to create homes that people love living in” - BluHomes.

If you don’t have access to a BluHomes tour in your neck of the woods, check out some of the amazing images below of the iconic “Breezhouse” built just off the shore of Malibu, California.

“The Breezehouse is our most iconic home. We designed it around our signature glass-filled Breezespace to seamlessly connect airy, open interiors with the natural beauty of the outdoors.”

“The Breezespace incorporates 16' wide sliding glass walls that open on both sides to create an inviting and expansive living area that naturally invites the outdoors in.”
