PurePhoto recently partnered with the husband and wife team behind Legaspi Courts Design to place art in their brand new Southern California modern residential project. The home, located in the coveted Sunset Park neighborhood of Santa Monica, was designed by architect Christopher Courts with an emphasis on indoor/outdoor living. Edel Legaspi’s interior design creates a seamless transition from the indoor to outdoor spaces throughout the hillside property, taking full advantage of the sprawling views.
The pool, which is located on the lower level of the home, is fully visible from both the living space adjacent to the kitchen and the upper level outdoor deck.
Paul Edmondson’s “Santa Monica #2” hangs above the fireplace in the living room area encountered when first entering the home.
Bedrooms throughout the home include neutral palettes of soft tones and textures accented by a well curated collection of modern furniture and fine art photography. Pictured here are PurePhoto’s “She Moved to California”, "St. Barths" and “Light Touch”.
PurePhoto artist Javiera Estrada’s “Ophelia’s Dream” and “Cielo Y Mar hang adjacent to the kitchen area at the top of the staircase leading to the lower level where the home’s bedrooms and media room are located.
