Discovering the Horses of Sable Island

Sable Island is home to 500 wild horses of mysterious origin.  They are rulers of their own isolated kingdom off the coast of Nova Scotia.  Writers of their own destiny, and the only full-time occupants of this untamed land, they are icons of survival, and their breed is a testament to the resiliency of Mother Nature.



Drew's series Discovering the Horses of Sable Island showcases the horses that live on this unique island, entirely on their own terms, with no predators other than the harsh environment.  This series captures the physicality, beauty, and mystery of these incredible animals as they relate to one another and their surrounding habitat. 



From a limited edition, each work is printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art Baryta paper, which sets the standard for image definition and color depth. Each print includes an embossed certificate of authenticity and is signed + numbered.
