A precious find, while shooting in a shipyard, was the surface of a well-worn hull complete with divots, scratches, and aged remnants of caulking, which I perceived as a dramatic, turbulent sea and sky. Afterward, I placed a silhouette of myself into the image, as storm watching is one of my favorite pastimes. Photo montage.
