Tom Mcnulty

Tom McNulty started in photography when his father gave him a Kodak Brownie Hawkeye camera to shoot pictures at the 1964 Worlds Fair in New York. Born in Brooklyn, Tom grew up watching his father gather the family for the traditional photos, and film the aunts, uncles and grandparents with camera and "hot lights" in hand. He learned how to release a flashbulb without getting his hands burned or shattering the glass. With camera in hand most everywhere he went, Tom moved to Minolta, then Pentax, then settled with Canon cameras. Tom became the one "expected" to have his camera ready and he was all too happy to oblige. He inherited his father-in-law's Canon and lenses and added an F-1 and EOS models before going digital with a Rebel and now a Canon 5D Mark II. His studio is in his finished basement, but Tom will tell you his true "studio" is far beyond the basement. Tom is an award-winning photographer who enjoys the opportunity to capture a moment.
